Cancellation and Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, if the customer contacts us within 30 days of the purchase date, a refund request may be considered.

 

Any approved refund will be issued minus the following fees: Cancellation fee: 20% of the total order amount Credit card processing fee: 3.5%, representing transaction fees already incurred No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period.
